The beaskfast was prepared very well and on time, the area was clean and the help was available when I needed it. the room service and house keeper was on time. the bed was very comterable, I am very satified.

Location was perfect. The breakfast was okay but could be better. The ambiance and beautiful room actually made up for the deficiency noted in the breakfast menu. Good value for money.

Breakfast had a couple of hot choices and was nice. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

We booked this location because it looked like a good value stay for the price. We were happy with our stay overall. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a nice size. Unfortunately there was no hot water for a portion of our stay which wasn't ideal for showering during winter. There is breakfast provided which was handy. Overall the accommodation met our needs and looks like the pictures.

The lady at tye front desk was amazing. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Room was awesome very nice beds.

It's a shame when the lodging is better than average -- the location, room spaciousness and breakfast -- but the staff is what dropped the score. The person checking us in failed to follow our request to charge my husband's credit card instead of mine (which we used to reserve our stay). She charged both, so when my credit card company texted me to ask about the charge, I declined it. That set up a fraud investigation and a hold on my credit card. It required a 30-minute phone call to my card company to reverse the problem. The next morning, my requested wake-up call didn't happen.

When I arrived at the hotel it smelled good and clean, the guy at the reception was very attentive and dressed appropriately. check in was very fast and the room was amazing quite comfortable and clean will definitely come back
