When we arrived late at night the young lady on the reception was wonderful and was so helpful and making suitable suggestions for our family for dinner!!

The breakfast is so good, but they could have more options daily, for example one day scramble eggs, other day omelett, other day chilaquiles, and so on. But in general the breakfast is good, healthy and enogh.

The room was renovated. It was really nice and clean. Staff was really nice. It was worth the money and I would stay here again.

We paid via booking directly in advance. Booking told us to get the invoice at the reception. When checking out the receptionist didn't want to give us invoice, referred us back to booking because we paid to them, saying she can't give us invoice because we paid to book not to hotel. No matter how hard we tried to show her the emails and text messages from booking that they can't issue invoices that they were only a monetary transaction person in the case and to get the invoice from the receptionist they still refused. Invoices were of course needed for our business. Poor service.

Breakfast and location

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Good location to reach Dallas, even if a little bit far from downtown. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

My booking was cancelled and I was not refunded! The hotel cancelled my booking without notifying me because my flight was delayed

The location was perfect for us, as we wanted just a short trip into Dallas before going to Fort Stockton. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was as expected. The staff was friendly and kept the breakfast stocked nicely.

Size of room was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was very good. We had plenty of towels and bedding and good soap products. They also had very good breakfast selection.
