“Adequate”
Breakfast could use improvement. No plain unflavored yoghurt unfortunately. Plastic and paper plates and cups unpleasant. Coffe machine in room and ice machine on the floor out of order.

“Worst of all time, not IHG standard. Careful!!!!”
I was literally robbed at this hotel, they overbooked the place and cancelled my colegues reservation, I called to say I would pay his room once I got there and they canceled anyway and only told me when I arrived. We are travelling together for work we have to stay together. The receptionist laughed at my face and charged me for one room once I told her I was unable to stay if my collegue`s room was canceled. Not only. that but I had a packaged delivered to the hotel and signed by them and they did not give me my package.

“Our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel for someone looking for accommodation in the Dallas area.”
Property was modern and very clean. Plenty of parking and good size room with our own good sized fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Very nice, modern bathroom.

Every team member we met were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The included breakfast gave us a great start for the day. Beds were super comfy. Location is easy access if you have vehicle.

All was great! The location is good if you need to be close to the DFW airport or if you travel by car, otherwise all sightseeing are too far from the hotel.

“Great Location, Great Food, Great Bed.”
We liked how close it was too, yet far enough that you could hear the cars on the highway. The breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable.

“Good quality hotel at a base rate price half way between city and airport.”
Had everything we needed for a semi budget hotel. My son loved the pool, my wife liked the comfortable beds. We were only passing through Dallas on the way to NZ for a couple of days to break up the long journey so had no car. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Recommend the seafood buffet place, all you can eat $16 adult, $10 child. My son loves sushi and ate until he was about to pop. Must say not much to do in Dallas though so will hire a car if I ever come this way again.
