I wish I could have stayed longer! Everything about my stay was amazing. The room service food was delicious, and I really appreciated the healthy options. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. A huge bonus was the hotel gym — clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art machines. My stay completely exceeded expectations, and I can’t wait to come back.

The hotel staff are great and super helpful. They arranged a little treat for my children when we arrived which was such a welcome and lovely touch.

I paid the fee including breakfast. However, when leaving the hotel, they stated that the breakfast fee was paid differently. I paid different fees. Booking com information was misleading and not accurate. The hotel reception and breakfast service staff were not friendly and did not do their jobs with love. The negative attitudes of the employees in this type of facility were not pleasing at all. There was no black tea for two days at breakfast. For the last two days they could only give erlygrey. They had plenty of fruity and flavored teas. I would just like to thank Mario at breakfast service. He actually runs things seriously.

The hotel is stunning from the reception to the rooms, this shouts luxury! The makeup room was my favourite and the view from my room was amazing. The staff were friendly and Christine the Waiter who delivered my breakfast was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable during my stay.
