“Nice location for exploring, but don't get the breakfast”
The location was quite good if you want to explore the city, and the hotel was a mix of fancy and well used. You could see the tear and wear both on the rooms, and the pool. We loved the pool and the way you got a good view over the city. The staff werw also friendly.

I like the ease of check in and out The location is very good, you can reach any where All the transportation ( Bus, Train and taxi) are around the hotel

“staff where friendly , had to pay extra for carparking and a bad smell in the foyer .”
We had the room next to the liftwell, which made it hard to sleep, very dirty windows.

“overall the hotel it self is nice, but the staff could be more organized when is so booked and the area is quite sketchy”
it was a nice quick stay for me, I only stayed for 2 nights for the Jin concert, nice room with a cool view from the window. It was good for the price, very close by the dart station.

Paid before stay and money was taken anyways for first night on top of that and then took 2 weeks to have that money refunded .

No cooperation from the staff. Check in and check out both was rude, I don’t have my final bill statement after checkout and was told it’s not ready. I was also told it will be emailed to me but nothing has been received yet
