“A Garden stay”
The room, bed and most of all the enviroment. The garden where we live in is beautiful. Its next to the Dali Ancient Town South Gate. We can spend night time at the ancient city and walk back which is a 5mins distance.Location excellent.

“A lovely week of eating, leisure and culture”
Lovely property steps away from the ancient town! The innkeeper was amazingly warm and friendly, so willing to share what he knew about his city. We had an apartment with two rooms and sort evenings eating bbq meat on the balcony while enjoying the scenery.

The room was huge and well equiped. The location was very close to a main food street leading to the South Gate to the Ancient Town. The manager spoke good English and was very helpful.

Everything was nice. My mum and I enjoyed our stay at lot. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was done with love and care. The room was very spacious with floor heating. Therefore we never felt cold. The location of the accommodation was also great- very reachable by Didi at a nearby supermarket and at the same time just in the old town. I can whole-heartedly recommend this accommodation.

“Big apartment in perfect location”
Nice little haven in a backgarden perfectly located near the old town of Dali. The host was unusually nice and attended to all our needs with a smile and even gave me a ride on his scooter to find a place to print some papers. The room was enormous and exceeded our expectations and the hot tub was an added bonus. This is definitely a place that can be recommended.

“Friendly family owned hotel near the old town”
Spacious 2BR beautifully decorated apartment. Very friendly owner/manager and very close to the South Gate of Dali old town. Breakfast was good (noodle soup one day, rice porridge and eggs another day). Floor heating in the BR.

“Wonderful. Relaxing and charming stay.”
The host Mr Wong and his wife are very nice. The b&b is in a good location, walkable to the Old Town and near good restaurants. The attention to detail in the flowers, toys for kids to play and comfortable atmosphere make it a lovely place to stay.

“Good, comfortable stay”
The place exudes a very homely feel. Service by Xiao Wang and wife was warm and welcoming. Xiao Wang accompanied my son to the doctor when he fell sick. It was very kind of him. Breakfast was very good, simple but full of flavour and well-cooked. Overall, well-deserving of its high ratings. Highly recommended if visiting Dali.

“Luxury comfort with all the charm of staying at home”
As soon as we entered the Z. Garden property, we knew we were going to be well taken care of. Our double room was spacious, impeccably clean, had a lovely view, and was complete with all of the amenities that tired travelers need: two pairs of slippers, a full toothbrush and toothpaste set, plenty of towels, fresh drinking water, and even a bathrobe, as there was a large bathtub. The bed was comfortable and warm and we could have slept for hours, if the delicious smells of home-cooked Chinese breakfast made daily by the lovey couple who hosted us. An immense thank you to Jiuan (sp?) and his sweet family.
