This isn't just a hotel; it's a destination in itself. First and foremost, the views are spectacularly beautiful. Waking up to the breathtaking panorama of Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain from my room was worth the trip alone. The serene and picturesque setting creates a perfect sense of tranquility. The facilities are of exceptionally high quality. Everything from the spacious, impeccably clean room with a comfortable bed to the well-equipped gym and the stunning infinity pool reflects the Hilton standard of excellence. It felt luxurious yet welcoming. However, what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. A special shout-out to the Concierge team! They kindly received and securely held my pre-arrived packages. Furthermore, upon my request, they helped orchestrate a beautiful room surprise decoration for a special occasion. Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to help was heartwarming and made the celebration extra special. The breakfast buffet was incredibly extensive and delicious, offering a fantastic mix of local Yunnan specialties and international favorites – a perfect way to start the day. As a guest with executive lounge access, I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and evening happy hour. The snacks, drinks, and again, the superb views from the lounge, added tremendous value and relaxation to my stay. Considering the overall experience – the world-class brand, the pristine facilities, the unparalleled service, the amazing F&B offerings – the price point represents exceptional value for money in Dali. Many local boutique guesthouses charge similar rates but simply cannot compare to the consistent quality, space, amenities, and professional service that Hilton delivers here.

The location was spectacular at the top of the hill overlooking the lake and the Cangshan mountains to the back. The terrace and the lounges were pleasant to relax and chill The rooms are spacious with a view over the lake and town Breakfast was varied and provided for all tastes. Staff are professional and helpful. Breakfast staff were very busy and even though they worked hard there were not enough staff at breakfast at the peak times
