The staff were the heart of this resort. Their warmth , efficiency , and genuine car for guests were truly commendable . The resort was haven off activities . Multiple swimming pools , catered to all ages. The entertainment team kept guests engaged with variety off activities throughout the day . The dining options were plentiful,, delightful. Staff, the facilities and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectation.

Everything was amazing! There’s something for every age group of people. The unlimited food & drinks, spacious & comfortable rooms, cleanliness, customer services, polite staff, variety of activities, outstanding performances in the shows. Also friendly helpful customer service from the concierge (Mr Huseyin) in organising our private yacht day trip and King Gazebo day. We also appreciate his help in arranging the travel to Gocek Marina and a surprise birthday celebration cake and balloons at the yacht on a very last minute request. Thank you!

“The toilet smelled disgusting. The exhaust fan didn't work. When I complained, they brought us a stand fan, I guess”
I recently stayed at the Hilton in Daksnan and overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The location is fantastic – right by the sea with easy access to a lovely beach, and surrounded by peaceful, scenic views. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The food was also really good, with a variety of options that were tasty and fresh. The beach area was one of the highlights – clean, well-organized, and perfect for relaxing. Other facilities like the pool, gym, and common areas were up to Hilton standards – comfortable, stylish, and professional. However, I unfortunately have to mention a major issue that affected our stay: the smell coming from the toilet in the room was extremely unpleasant. It wasn’t just a faint odor – it was strong and persistent, to the point where it really impacted our comfort. It smelled like something wasn’t functioning properly in the plumbing or ventilation system. We tried airing out the room, but the smell always came back. For a hotel of this level, this was really disappointing. It’s a shame because everything else was really good. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the surroundings are beautiful. But that one issue – the strong, unpleasant toilet smell – made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. It turned what could have been a perfect holiday into a somewhat uncomfortable one.

“A lovely hotel in Türkiye.”
The location is great and the facilities are superb. We didn't have time to do as much as we could have here, but the beach, it's chairs, social areas, the catering was all great. We also enjoyed the options in in the main, self-service buffet. The room was wonderful: views, clean and spacious.

Best thing was all inclusive, the best I have seen. Breakfast, snack bars, Dinner Buffet is one of the best. There are 11 swimming pools and all very clean. Facilities are second to none. Private beach area with free drink bar is most amazing.

The staff were so kind and lovely, food service was incredibly efficient. You had everything you needed under your nose and the hotel itself is stunning- especially the sunsets and stars on the beach.
