“Not recommended unless you speak Fluent French”
The entire staff were kind, but the hotel not having at least one fluent English-speaking staff member cost us more energy, money and frustration at times. Things like giving directions and explaining the excursions needed more detail. We never found the souk, and I ordered a glass of red wine and was not informed that I would be charged for the entire bottle. I had to fly the next day and my friend doesn’t drink alcohol. It was upsetting and wasteful and a matter of English! The area size of the rooms should be listed on the booking site for transparency. Shower needed a curtain and the window ledge needed intense dusting. The room was way too small and had too poor ventilation, to not have fluent English speaking staff for the very least!! The transfer to the airport when departing was late and also made us nervous.

“Beautiful boutique hotel to relax”
The hotel is beautiful and completely new. The outside areas are well designed and the decor is stylish. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Honestly this place exceeded my expectations.
