“Excellent stay!”

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, in the whole Morocco. Extremely friendly staff, all our wishes have been fulfilled. Good location, excellent price/quality ratio. Best greeting to the Ladies at the reception!

Although I don't understand the previous positive reviews, I'll start on a positive note first. The receptionists, as well as cleaners, transporter and restaurant staff were all very friendly. They were helpful, thought along and were sincere. I didn't think the manager was cooperative at all. I slept in a room where the air conditioning worked, but you didn't feel anything. I repeatedly asked politely if I could get another room, but it was not possible, while one of the employees indicated that it could be done the next day. I am absolutely not happy with this, I come from the region myself and Dakhla is the area where grandparents grew up. It is a shame to be disadvantaged in this way at your home place. A real shame. I sincerely hope that the owner of the hotel will contact me, not the manager who is present, but the owner of the hotel. I am currently at the next holiday destination and catching up on my sleep, because unfortunately I did not sleep comfortably in this hotel.

A special greeting and thank to the personnel from the restaurant in particular and all other staff members who were polite, friendly and always smiling. Hotel is new and everything is really clean. Room is confortable. Breakfast was also nice.
