The accommodation was Awesome! Thanks to Mrs,Silvana she did her best for making our stay memorable and smooth.

It should be noted that I was on holiday. A very busy period. Despite this, the service was very good. From all the staff. Especially from Salvana, she took care of everything and gave me her direct phone number if I needed anything. And she would send me messages twice a day. Checking that everything was okay

Our stay in Dahab was truly memorable, and a big part of that was the wonderful hospitality at the hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the team made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. What stood out the most was the kindness and positive energy of the staff. Silvana, Nur, and Ahmad went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care created a very special experience. Places are often remembered for their views or rooms, but in this case it’s the people who made the difference. Because of them, this hotel feels like a place we’d be happy to return to again.

The massage was also very professional and wonderful. The view is breathtaking, and the overall vibe brings a sense of calm, relaxation, and happiness. Fantastic stay in the heart of dahab! The staff at Hotel went above and beyond, specific NOUR, thank you NOUR for every thing. Our room was exceptionally clean, quiet and in a great location, I liked how calm everything felt. It was the ideal place to relax and forget about the stresses of daily life, Perfect vacation! Can't wait to return! 

The staff were friendly especially Noor and Amed they were so helpful and trying to make our stay even more comfortable. Also, the house keeper Mohammed was so nice and trying his best with us thanks Mohammed.

As a resort, the place is nice. But outstanding is the service, specially Nour which did everything in her behalf to improve our visit. Bless you Nour

first the staff , excellent from Hakim in the intrance vey kindly wellcoming, Silvana and Mohammad from the reception very helpfuuly, Rasha from the kitchen with big smile and kindness and last but no least Montaser the lifeguard from the beach for a wonderfull care. the staff and the place give us a wonderfull holliday, we enjoyed very much in our stay.
