The last day of my stay there was no hot water in the bathroom . The hotel did not inform or apologise for this.just imagine the outside temp was 1 degree centigrade with no hot water

“Nice stay in a fancy building!”
It's a pretty new hotel with nice rooms and excellent breakfast! The building is amazing and an eye catcher from outside as well! Everything in the minibar was for free (no alcoholic bewerages).

“Place was nice and the location was great, but definitely some other points to think about.”
The luxury of the hotel was definitely nice. Being right next to one of the main shopping centres and the science museum made it very convenient. Staff were really nice.

Facility is new, right next to the big shopping mall. Overall the service was nice and responsive. The on-site staff were very helpful in trying to accommodate our needs and requests.
