“Nowhere in the world have I encountered such incompetence from the reception and hotel management.”
There was no way to obtain a receipt for my stay. Incompetent staff who couldn't operate the printer. Constant verbal promises to send the receipt via email, which were never fulfilled. Emails regarding this matter were not responded to. Even Booking.com's intervention was ineffective. Booking.com was helpless in this matter. This caused problems with settling the business trip.

In the Entrance Hall much space to take rest , a lot of place to sit and meet people. For Breakfast a lot of things to eat and drink.

Free parking great staff and nice breakfast. The whole place had a good atmosphere to it. Literally 5 mins walk is shopping mall
