“An enchanting lakeside escapade”

Beautiful location by the lake. Large and very well maintained hotel grounds with wonderful walking paths through a pine forest along the lake. The cherry blossom season in early February was particularly delightful. The room was clean and comfortable. No air-conditioning but there's a window that we kept open to let cool fresh air come in. Staff were very professional and kind. Inhouse breakfast was excellent with a huge spread.

“Pretty resort near Tuyen Lam Lake”

I stayed at this property with my husband on a weekend getaway. The only reason for us to choose this property was its vicinity to the lake and the pretty outdoors. We had booked a Premium King room which had a nice balcony overlooking the lake. The resort has good facilities like a spa, karaoke, a swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts. The Karaoke was fully booked during our stay. We did play pickleball and I must admit that the paddle was good quality. Even the court was well-maintained. The staff could speak good English and were friendly. Buffet breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options. But the restaurant got really crowded during breakfast because of the ongoing summer holidays.

Beautiful situation in the trees , peaceful and serene , but a little inconvenient out of town ( Dalat) but close to zip line etc. So if you are after peace this is perfect

Extremely Disappointed – This Place Has Changed for the Worse We’ve been coming to this hotel for years and always had a great experience — until now. Unfortunately, this time our stay was completely ruined. We came here specifically for peace and quiet, but instead, we found ourselves in the middle of two loud corporate events happening at the same time. There were speakers, concerts, and music blasting all over the place. It was absolutely impossible to relax — we couldn't stay in the room, nor enjoy any part of the property in peace. At no point during booking or check-in were we warned that such events would be taking place. Had we known, we would have never come. To make matters worse, the restaurant staff clearly prioritized the corporate guests. During breakfast — which was still within the stated time — we were rushed through our meal, staff began clearing everything, rearranging tables, and preparing for the events while we were still eating. It was incredibly uncomfortable and made us feel very unwelcome, like we were just in the way. And to top it all off, the room design makes no sense. There’s a bathtub, but no proper showerhead. You can either try to wash yourself under a tiny faucet or awkwardly get out of the tub and use the separate shower. This is supposed to be a comfortable hotel? We’re extremely disappointed and sad to say that we won’t be coming back. It’s heartbreaking to see a place we used to love turn into this.

Very spacious which is great for a big group. The rooms are huge which make us feel comfortable. The staffs welcomed our family kindly and willing to assist whenever we needed.

Breakfast was abundant with plenty of food and choices. Yet, food is almost the same for the 3 days during our stay. Rooms are clean. Location is excellent with just 20 minutes away to the night market by shuttle bus. We went to night market for diner every day.

Beautiful coniferous grounds and serene lakeview. Hort staff did a great job! Great to eat & have fresh cool air. Hsekeeping came immediately to replace a standing lamp & helpful. Keep up the shuttle bus service to DaLat centre (but increasing the frequency is much appreciated.) The nursery and veggie farm near the tennis court are wonderful to visit.

“Peace and Quiet”

We had a generally positive experience staying here. The atmosphere is tranquil with a big, beautiful garden full of flowers and a lake that adds to the charm. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive and even delivered an item we left behind after checkout. One of the highlights was the shuttle bus service to the city center. It runs three times a day and the driver was super helpful with tips on where to eat and shop. The breakfast buffet was good, although it’s best to go early as some items, like fruit, take time to be refilled. My child really enjoyed the matcha ice cream!
