“Great comfortable stay”

Location was within walking distance to night markets, lake, great restaurants and coffee shops. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, spa and pharmacy on ground floor.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the night market and other attractions. Very helpful staff, always willing to help you. Arranged all my tours and gave out some great suggestions, on where to eat. The room had everything I wanted.

There was a lot of noise from the street in every room. I even changed rooms twice because of it. I got stuck in the elevator in the middle of the night. The alarm button did not work, so a friend had to come and help me, and I was stuck inside for over an hour. In the morning, instead of compensating me for the experience, the first thing they asked about was the payment. They did not offer any real compensation and only gave me two bottles of water for the inconvenience. They said I had already been upgraded before I arrived, so there was nothing more they could do. The housekeeping staff in the morning clean the rooms very forcefully. That might be fine, but not when you are still asleep at 9 AM and get woken up by them opening the door.

“Best hotel in Vietnam”

Booked another night because so far it’s the best hotel i’ve ever been to in Vietnam.Very cheap, i was surprised to see how good this hotel is, it has everything you might need (elevator, close to the center, hot water in the shower, iron in the room) And most importantly the staff are very friendly, welcoming and they went out of their way to help me with everything that i’ve asked for. Even got a cute gift when checked out so thank you

“'Beautiful find'”

The room was beautiful and Clean, and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was located up a short alley with a chemist out the front, food marts etc all in close proximity. A short walk and you are in downtown Dalat where all the markets are.

It was fairly clean. The staff was helpful although the ir English is basic

Clean spacious and quiet room in a great location near the centre (entrance on the side street of a main road) for a bargain price. Goods beds. No breakfast but everything is available nearby.

“Great value, excellent room but traffic noise off the scale loud”

Very clean and well equipped room. The first hotel in 7 weeks in Vietnam that provided an iron and ironing board - much appreciated! In the heart of town just a short stroll up a slight hill to night market. Large balcony with a lovely table and chairs.

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location in Dalat. The rooms are very spacious, with great amenities, very comfortable beds and great showers. I was travelling with friends, and we were warmly welcomed by Dao, who really assisted us and made our stay extra special. Thank you, Dao, and to the entire team at Sweet Lavender Hotel. I would highly recommend it, and if I ever return to Dalat, this would be the first place I would stay at.

Just a short stay but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is on a busy street though so it was quite noisy in the morning with traffic. The room was enormous!

Location was amazing, really close to most of the restaurants & cafes we wanted to try. We were concerned about the lack of AC, but the fan was more than sufficient. We also really liked that there was a screen between the toilet & shower - not that common in Vietnam so we loved this. Comfy bed & pillows and spacious room.

The staff is very friendly, a great team. The hotel is very clean and the decoration is very nice. Upon my arrival the room was spotless, very clean, great job from all the staff who work there. The room has all the amenities. There are restaurants around, where you can eat and it's close to the night market +- 12 min walking. Anything i needed they were available. On the last day they let me put my suitcase at the reception after i checked out..the girl at the reception was very lovely she helped me book on her own app grab,..I would definitely book here again. 10/10
