This hotel last minute cancel our booking. We booked 6 months in advance from Malaysia to Dalat. The pic told us we cancel the hotel ourselves. We did not cancel any button. But when we check our status at booking still confirmed. The status on their own system is cancel. Keep telling us not to report to booking.com. Such a ridiculous reason that told us its the ex staff who handle this. We have no place to stay due to cny peak hour on day 1. Think twice if you want to book this hotel!

Nice view of the city from balcony as its elevated from the city itself friendly staff, very large room with large wardrobe to hang your clothes and comfy bed with good fridge, and kettle, good TV with world news channels. Water freely available which was great.

Probably the best view in entire city. Seriously, just come there and find any building with city view higher than this hotel. Internet was stable. Room is spacious with a lot of sunlight. Internet is stable, suitable for work.

The room is spacious, clean and airy, we chose a room with a view of the pine forest valley. The location is quiet, we feel very comfortable when staying here. Watching the morning mist or evening mist is quite beautiful. Friendly staff, worth the price. We will come back

The receptionist here (Her name is Huong) was a very nice person and she is even friendly. The day I just arrived at Da Lat, I asked her about a local restaurant to have dinner and she let me know a really good place! So, I kept asking her about a lot of local restaurants and some travel tips almost everyday during my stay in Da Lat haha! The scenery was beautiful... I turned off the lights in my room very early in evenings to have the best of view from my windows. You may fall asleep earlier than you usually do haha.

It was a great location and great mountain view. The hotel is easy to locate and not too far from the central. The reception was nice, friendly and helpful. The accommodation can be considered if the price is reasonable.

The view was spectacular and the room size. The main receptionist was really nice and helpful. Although we decided to leave after two nights, they refunded us the full balance.
