The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and spoke excellent English. The hilltop location offered a pleasantly cool temperature, so you may not even need to use their wall fan.

The location is a bit inside from city center. But it's okay. Although the check-in was written 24h on the app, upon reaching the place we were told that the room will be ready after 9am. Anyway, the reception person was so helpful and friendly, they helped me with scooter, information about the places to visit and everything else. Would recommend this place based on the helpfulness of reception persons.

We had a good stay, clean and comfortable room. 2 toilets available in the room which is very convenient for a group travel. Smooth check in. Staff was very responsive and helping.

This Hotel has 2 names on the outside walls, located on an "extended" road that confused Mai Linh Taxi Drivers and Honda "Om" Tranporters (who told me), is a walking distance (Ward 8) from the Dalat Centre and Ho Xuan Huong Lake (in Ward 1). The blue-light-indicator kettle is the most beautiful colorful one I have ever seen among many Hotels. Three, or four, staffers are polite whenever they are at their desk. Many rooms' keys are put into a open box, sitting on the front counter/receptionist's desk... and my room is just less than 5 metres from the box. This practice reflects a super trust among guests and all... The existing concept of "cheap price of the room may make traveller happy" should be re-concepted as "a "specially cheap price" is only good if the expected services are not discounted as well".

The first person we dealt with when checking in was great but at checkout they tried to charge more than the confirmed price on booking.com & argued with us about the price clearly shown on my confirmation.
