We arrived early in the morning and stuff was great without extra charge we did check in 4h before. Everything was great, clean and comfortable room.

“Great location and friendly staff - rooms have spectacular view.”
Excellent location and very friendly staff - all the staff were great to deal with and helped us with lots of information. The hotel is located in near the cable car and walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes etc. There is a great cafe next door. The major bus station is a short walk so good to connect for airport transfer or going on to another city. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were out early every day. They have a nice shop at reception too.

The balcony was a good size and the view from the room was spectacular. An ideal location for sunset and the staff were very helpful.

“Fantastic”
The view is amazing. The rooms are fantastic and there were 3 different lightings available. Value for money and Location is also very good. Bike rentals are available at the hotel directly. Also helped with early checkin at 10:30 am.

“nice little hotel, convenient if you have your own transport otherwise out of the city centre.”
room booked said city view, despite overlooking back of hotel it was still a nice room and views available from rooftop. Comfy bed and staff spoke great English

“A lovely place to stay and very peaceful”
The room was lovely with a massive comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was great and drinking coffee out there in the morning felt like a real treat. Staff were friendly and helpful in booking taxis and making sure we got to the airport on time.
