It was really clean. The guys running it were super accomodating: - we arrived way before the check-in time around 7am because we came with a sleeper bus & could check in earlier - they replied super fast and let us in way earlier and helped us

I really enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here agaiin!!!  The location is excellent. Everything is close by, including cafés, restaurants, and places to explore, which made getting around very easy, but the apartment itself is still quiet and relaxing!!! Cleanliness was outstanding. The apartment was spotless on arrival and clearly well maintained throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable straight away. The decoration is simple but very well done. It feels warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed rather than generic. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy spending time, not just sleeping. What really made this stay special was the hospitality. The hosts were kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Communication was easy, and they made sure everything was in place. It felt personal and one of a kind! Overall, it was a comfortable, well located, and peaceful place to stay with excellent cleanliness and care. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Da Lat.

The owner Bảo was very friendly and accommodating during our one night stay here. They provided directions to the place, but it wasn’t much trouble since our driver dropped us right at the entrance of the alleyway the place is situated :) He was very friendly, and even tried his best to converse in English even if he had some difficulty understanding us. We checked in early at a reasonable surcharge, and even helped when my friends who weren’t staying at the place to look for a place to refresh nearby. My other friend and I returned late for the night, and did laundry in the middle of the night. Sure enough, I hadn’t expected him to reply at all until at least 9am the next day. But to my surprise, he was already up at 6am and was kind enough to help us with drying the laundry despite the short notice. Overall I’d recommend this place! It’s a convenient location, and the owner was a really friendly! The room itself was spacious and the facilities was well maintained. The owner recommended a place nearby with pizza that was very enjoyable. Coupled with the chilly weather, I’d definitely come here again. Thank you, Bảo!

The location is one of its few strong points - it’s close to the night market and within walking distance of a handful of good restaurants. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help where they could.

It is a quiet space, the neighours across us share very small corridor lanes and close to one another. Feels like living in old Hongkong or France space.

Perfect central location and it’s clean and quiet. The washing machine was very useful and it’s a clean place. Mr Thanh was also very kind and helpful when I needed help. I liked that there was a fan instead of aircon and that kept the room cool without being dry. It was a good stay~

Very clean apartment in city centre, good for exploring the night market and surrounding. Do explore the charming mural street behind the apartment. Mr Thanh the owner is exceptionally helpful and friendly, he even brewed ginger tea for me when I fell sick. Really appreciate his kindness.

“Cosy in DaLat”

We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Nook apartment. The room was large, beautiful and very comfortable. It's also well located down a lane away from the main road. The owners are very kind and helpful. The wife helped me to recover from an awful tummy bug that had me bed ridden for a day. I highly recommend staying at Cosy Nook.
