Overall it meets expectation. The aircond was very cold. The tv quite old but it have Netflix etc and functioning well. The whole apartment was quite spacious. However, there is a door connecting to maybe next room/apartment and we could hear the noise from there. The parking is in the great location too, near to the lift.

“Suitable for a short nap.”
Quite and comfort. Easy and simple to reach the unit. Not much noises from lift and neighbour. Most of the facilities in unit are working fine.
