“poorly maintained”
toilet bowl leaking water when i flush it,the place looks a bit dirty plus i've chat the owner about tv (netflix) /normal malaysian tv channel but no respond from him.theres no entertainment what so ever at this apartment.(

“Don't ever book this studio.”
Host didn't turn out when we arrived. Call many time to collect key and make payment but the host doesn't answer our call.

“Unprofessional Host! We arrived at night for check-in but he didn't show up and wasn't responding”
First time having such a horrible experience. After a very long flight, I messaged the host while we were at the airport and he didn't reply. We took grab to the provided address. We arrived at night. No check-in instructions were sent, and no reply from the host and we didn't even have the apartment number to provide to the security guard. Luckily, we found another homestay nearby. Not recommended at all!

“Very disappointed, Bad Property operator, Selfish Mr Chong, do not ever trust this property.”
Mr Chong is arrogant man, I book for 2 days , we did not received any mesaage regarding the stay, once we reach at the apartment, I call Mr Chong he never pickup, than I send Whatapps message no reply from him thus we stranded in the road at 4.00pm , I called booking com to complaint ask for replacement unit they promise to arrange in 1 hour we waited 1 hour but booking com did not call back.Finally we left the place look for hotel.

“It's okay for the price but don't expect too much.”
It's all good but only the bed is problem. I hope the bed sheets is changed every time new people check in because there is hair on the pillow and the pillow smells bad. The sheets also have some stain and also smell bad. It's so gross because the hair already there when we arrive.
