The host Francesco was very friendly and helpful with good communication before and during our stay. The outdoor area is lovely. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed as a family. The area around is safe and quiet. There is a parking. There are lots of sightseeing places within an hour or less to drive to and nice beaches are not far. We didn't use the swimming pool so can't comment, but it looked nice. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this place.

Location close to beach. Closed area. Beautyful garden and swimming pool. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. House equiped with all things neccessary for comfortable living. Responsive host.

The location was peasceful and the small beach was only 8 min walk away. My advice for beach lovers is not to confine themselves to the small beach but move a little further down towards/ nearer to the mountain on the right where you can find a larger area and wonderful calm sea. The shared swimming pool was large and not many users when we were there in Oct. Howeve. there is a lot of mosquitos and we unfununately sufferred bites.

Quite, pretty, and spacious

“A superb setting”

A superb setting with a direct view of the spectacular Cofano mountain from the spacious garden flooded with vegetation and flowers. The house has two covered terraces on the ground floor furnished with sofa, armchairs and a garden table and a terrace on the roof where you can admire the sunset over the sea. The bedroom is immaculate with a very comfortable double bed. We were brought new bed linen and towels after a few days of stay. Very good internet connection. The complex of houses is very well maintained, full of flowers and lush vegetation. The swimming pool is exceptional, large and clean with water almost at body temperature. There are several restaurants and a sandy beach within walking distance of the house. A car is necessary for this location both for short trips to the supermarkets in the village (one of them is very close) and to fully enjoy what the area has to offer: the medieval town of Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Scopello, etc.

Nice, safe and quiet place, near the beach for a walking, restaurant and sunset view. The house has everything you need plus a beautiful garden for relax, sun bedding and outside meal. Very kind owner who eventually will help you should you need anything.
