Warm room, great location and good value for money as Cusco is more expensive than other areas in Peru. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Advised on timing of taxis to airport during festival season (June) and very helpful with luggage/talking to taxi driver.

Breakfast is delicious, location is really central and the staff is very attentive and knowledgable, specially Rosi at the reception. If we ever come back to Cusco we will stay at this hotel again! :)

Excellent location, easy walk down to town and main attractions. George and Rosie on the front desk are extremely helpful and obliging, along with the breakfast team. The breakfast was good and enjoyed freshly made omelette

“Great Choice in Cusco”

Nice, friendly little place within walking distance of some restaurants and shops. A little bit of a hike back uphill from the main plaza but it was good training before the Inca Trail, and not as steep as some of the streets in Cusco. Lovely woman on reception (Rosa?) was so helpful with everything! Breakfast was great - freshly cooked eggs any way you like them.

The hotel is very charming, located close to Plaza de Armas on a quiet street. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable and breakfast was perfect, they can prepare eggs and there was also fresh fruit, avocado, cheese and ham. Staff was super friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and we really liked it. The room was lovely and we appreciated the hot water in the shower! It has a lot of charm! Overall a very comfortable hotel, with lovely and helpful staff :) also, really good location!

“Comfy, Quiet & Convenient”

Friendly staff who were always willing to answer questions annd provide us with information. Along with being clean, the room was VERY quiet which, along with the comfy bed, allowed us to sleep well. The hotel was conveniently located in the lovely San Blas area and just a six minute walk from Plaza des Armes. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. We appreciated the wide range of time for breakfast (6am - 10am), allowing us to either get an early start on the day or, conversely, to sleep in.

“Great staff & location”

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mirador Los Apus and would happily return. This hotel has a charming, traditional Cusco atmosphere while still offering comfort and great service. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the historic center and Plaza de Armas, yet tucked away on a quiet street so you can rest peacefully at night. Because it sits slightly uphill, you also get beautiful views over the city. The rooms are cozy, clean, and decorated in a classic Andean style with warm wood and colorful textiles. The beds were very comfortable, and the hot shower was perfect after long days exploring Cusco and nearby sites. The staff truly make this hotel special. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. I’ve lost my phone and they did everything they’ve could to help and find it. Successfully!

1. Friendly, caring, welcoming staff. 2. Great location-so close to Historic Centre. Easy walk in and out a number of times per day. Also, within 20 meters of a mini mart, ATM and Laundry. This is REALLY CONVENIENT. 3. Cosy, clean, very comfortable room. 4. Lovely, genuine ambience. 5. Teas are available 24/7 as is assistance if needed- reception is staffed through the night. 6. Lovely breakfast.
