The staff, rooms, and breakfast are wonderful. The 24 hrs free mini bar makes the stay very convenient and comfort.

Well located. We stayed 2 times( before and after MP). Luggage storage was not a problem. The first time we got a spacious , clean and quiet a big room with a view of the city. The second time it was a smaller, not so clean room with a window opening towards the stairs. So if you get the first room we got, its amazing for the price. We had hot water both times. There is a mention that in this price category there is usualy an issue with the hot water, but we had no problem with that There is no heater, but the blankets are sufficiently warm.

We had a positive experience: rooms and public spaces are clean, breakfast is simple but nice, there's even a kitchen available for the guests, location is central yet quiet. As far as the staff goes, they were incredibly helpful and friendly: not only they let us store our luggage for the day, they also welcomed one of our friends to spend time at the reception as he was not feeling good, all of this after we had already checked out so we didn't have a room anymore. We did not take this for granted and was much appreciated, top service really! Overall recommended in Cusco.

Good location,nice room. I asked for a room with a view and finally I had a room with a window on the stairs,and I had to keep the curtain closed.This happens many times in South America,so be specific for what you want. I asked for a heater and they charged me 20 soles for each night.

Hawka Inca has the nicest staff I have ever met in the seven months I’ve been traveling Latin America. The location is unbeatable — be sure to eat at La Perla Criolla which is 100m away! Price was so affordable, and they let us leave our bags when we went to the sacred valley for the night. Also, my family member loved the large TV in the room to watch all different kinds of sports and news! Finally, Hawka Inca offers a great breakfast, and has fresh fruit, coffee, and tea available at all hours.
