Quiet, nice cozy beds, really friendly staff.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water and warm blankets. Our host, Elizabeth, was amazing! She helped us with information about everything you need to know (restaurants, laundry, organising cheap taxi, etc).

“Lovely time at Casona Tordo”

Elizabeth is an amazing host and looks after her guests with the utmost care. We stayed here twice (before and after the Inca Trail) and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect (5 min walk to the Plaza De Armas), the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and clean, with hot showers. Highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation in Cusco. She also allowed us to keep our luggage here which was very helpful.

“Cozy and friendly stay”

The hostess was so friendly! The place is very cozy, and the terrace looked nice, although I didn’t use it much. I did not see any heating in the room but there were plenty of blankets to deal with the cold.

Elizabet was absolutely lovely and super accommodating. She always told me to let her know if I needed anything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic, but nice. Eggs, bread, jam and coffee.

Elizabeth was an excellent host .. nice breakfast...clean toilets/rooms and comfortable beds. We were allowed to store our luggage for a day due to unexpected circumstances.. Elizabeth was very friendly.

Breakfast was lovely! A very homely vibe. Elizabeth and her colleague brought us into the kitchen and made us eggs, and provided bread, jam and coffee too. We felt very comfortable and well looked after. The rooms are cleaned well daily. There were about 5 thick woolly blankets on the bed in addition to the duvet so we were toasty warm! Elizabeth even made us coca tea on arrival to help with the altitude sickness.

The hosts are extremely helpful and lovely people. The place is very clean, nice spacious room and many nice shared areas, 2 living rooms, a nice terrace with view on the city. It is very central. I definitely recommend the place. The temperature went down to 5 at night, and it was really cold.

The kind advise of the host was the best definetly, she was always there to assist us in case we need it. The place was really central and comfy, with a private bathroom and a kitchen to make some tea and save our things on the fridge. She kindly prepared us a breakfast from the day before going to Machupicchu since we needed to wake up at 2am. Everything was just great, thank you Elizabeth!
