It has a great view of Mullet Bay. You can walk to Mullet bay beach which is beautiful. They have free filtered water The AC works perfectly and the Hairdryer is a good one And they have beach chairs and they have an umbrella too. They have some free drinks in the refrigerator

The arrival and pickup at the airport was very costly but easy . Hospitality on Day 1 was top notch from airport to taking us to our suite. The suite was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Love the pool, Cyril at the restaurant was amazing and the hospitality and service from one of the concierge Tomas.

I had a wonderful eight-day stay at the Mullet Bay Suites. The location is perfect, in Cupecoy, just 100 meters from the beautiful Mullet Bay Beach. It is very convenient and also away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of St. Maarten. It was perfect for relaxation. The facilities at the Mullet Bay Suites are beautiful. Everything is brand new. Both buildings have magnificent views of the beach, golf course, and pool. The facilities are modern and tasteful. We enjoyed cooking in our suite, which had a fully stocked kitchen, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator and freezer. We also made good use of the washer and dryer in our suite. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom are modern, tasteful, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the balcony with comfortable furniture, where we could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and incredible views. Most importantly, the staff at Mullet Bay Suites are wonderful. The proprietor, Emmanuel, was especially helpful. I wanted to buy some local jams from St. Maarten, and he sent me to a place where I found exactly what I was looking for. He, and the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to ensure that everything during our stay was perfect, which it was. When I return to St. Maarten, I plan to stay at Mullet Bay Suites again. It made our stay in St. Maarten a pleasurable and successful one.

Host greeted us with a welcome drink. Showed us around the apartment and was available if we had questions or needed anything. Location was great. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Everything you need to make the place your home away from home. Also had beach gear for you to use.

Was an absolute amazing suite with great views and awesome facilities. The staff where super helpful and very accommodating with me and definitely will be staying again

Rooms exactly as in picture.excellent views from the room Bed supper comfy. Unit provided all your housing needs. Safe and extremely secure. I travelled alone and felt safe. Daily cleaner. 5 min walk to beach. Pool and restaurant on site.

The property is beautifully decorated and has fabulous views of the sea. Its a couple of minutes walk to the beach and to a grocery store but is also a quiet location at night. We were warmly welcomed by the owners.

“Mullet Suite is fantastic”

We had communicated our arrival time and were greeted by Emmanuel immediately after our arrival at reception. He led us directly to our large brand new luxury suite, fully equipped with modern electrical equipment (such as washing machine and dryer), with beautiful views from the rooms that differ depending on the room you are in. You can enjoy a sunrise or sunset, a beautiful golf course and a view of the French part of St. Marten, depending on the room you are in. There are several suites available and they differ from each other in terms of views, furnishings, but all suites also differ in theme in terms of decor and color. It is therefore important that you contact the manager after you have booked and indicate your specific wishes if you have certain expectations. We were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset every day. There is a spacious gym and very large pool with facilities. The beautiful beach is a 5-minute walk away and has various food and drink posibilities as well as water sports activities. The photos speak for themselves. In short, an excellent stay, perfect location and highly recommended!!!

Great location just a bit of a jiggle getting into the main security gated area. Host were amazing and made me feel right at home.
