“Small but cozy”
Clean and cozy, small but decorated with care and everything you need is there. The host replies immidiately and is helpful. The location is right next to the train station and close to the city center.

“Super unfriendly host”
My experience with this accommodation was highly disappointing and frustrating. Due to a flight delay, a friend who lives in the area checked-in for me. When I arrived at 3am, I couldn't open the main door, so I had to sleep elsewhere. The next day I contacted the owner and she tried to open the door, but didn't manage either. To our misfortune she broke the key in the lock and insisted that I should be the one to replace it. When I asked for a refund, as I didn't spent the night there, the owner claimed that she couldn't refund my money due to booking.com fees she still has to pay for. I decided to contact booking myself and managed for her to not get charged. Yet, despite this revelation, the owner only offered me a partial refund of 25€ out of the 67€ I had paid. I cannot recommend this place due to the poor handling of the situation of the owner.

“peerfect!”
Ernesto’s house was the perfect spot for our short stay in Cuneo. Cristina came to meet us just after we left the station to take us to the apartment. She was really lovely and answered all the questions we had!! it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed . highly recommend. thank you !
