Breakfast was not good. All in packets,no fresh bread nor croissants.

The place was very clean, and the hosts were wonderful. The apartment had everything you could need; the host really thought of every detail. And Cuneo is nearby—a great Italian town.

Easy access to the property with signs placed by the road, safe private parking behind the electric gates. Very clean and quite spacious twin room with kettle, microwave, sandwicher and fridge. Breakfast included, all prepacked already placed in the room. Shared bathroom - very large with shower. Access to the garden. It's a part of the house with a separate entrance, rooms are located on the first floor. Perfect communication with the host.

Lovely location. We had a room (actually studio) at the ground level and direct exit to the big, lovely garden. The room was really big with full equipped kitchen.

If you’re going to Cuneo, you can’t not stop here. Beautiful and peaceful place, just few minutes driving from city centre. Lovely room with independent access in a stunning house, massive accessible garden. Super breakfast and super room, with a massive bathroom very comfortable. Bed with memory foam mattress and pillows. After 3 days riding my bike, this place was what I needed. Parked my bike behind the automated gate for peace of mind overnight and sleep like a kid.

“For me, simply the most perfect of places to stay...”

This is such a lovely guest house, I cannot fault it in any way. An unusual approach to breakfast, different options are provided (within your room), which has a 'food station'. I loved this, as I am not a big breakfast person, so with milk provided in the fridge (in the room) I could enjoy a cereal option along with juice (also in the fridge). I found this quite different and innovative! Along with the various foods, were every conceivable option of appliance available! Coffee maker, microwave, milk heater/frother/waffle/toastie maker, kettle! But the best for me was as a solo traveller, I had the privacy of enjoying all this on my own without other people (usually couples) staring at me as if I had come from out of space, or had 2 heads. We don't all have the luxury of a partner or travelling companion and perhaps these individuals should think about that whilst they're staring... In my room, I enjoyed a balcony - which also had a washing line, along with pegs. As a touring motorcyclist with washing needs, this was super. Additional thoughtful inclusions were mosquito netting to balcony doors which I especially appreciated. With completely secure property/parking, this made it one of the best accommodation options I have had on my 8 week, European tour. And I haven't even mentioned the bed, so comfortable. I must also complement the hosts who could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Luca, was a superb translator, thank you for all your help and mum, your efforts in trying to help me with my S Pen were also truly appreciated! Excellent, and based upon my experience, I literally give this property 10/10

Balcony, peaceful setting, very helpful hosts who found me when I lost my directions getting there. Secure parking. Cuneo worth much more than the hour's exploration I could give it

the owner very kind and helpful! the quiet house the room , the bathroom, cleanliness,the garden , the facilities in the room( breakfast , bed , decoration) there is an italian pizzeria near there (10min walking) not fancy but really good !it closes at midnight(owners suggestion instead of visiting the city center) free parking

This place has à wonderful garden, the owners are welcoming and our bed was really comfortable! Totally recommended.
