the working hours for the agency where the keys should be collected differed to the wording hours advised on booking. The TV did not work. No wifi. Kitchen utilities old and poor. No air conditioning. No heater. It was a very cold week when we stayed in the apartment. Although the host was asked in advance to provide warm blankets and confirmed they will be there - they were not provided. We were supposed to sleep under a cotton bed sheet when the outside temperature is 8 degrees and there's no heating in the apartment. We had to buy blankets and the host never reimbursed us for those. Think twice before booking it. Don't ruin your vacation.
