“A good hotel if you need to have a stopover.”
The staff doesn't speak English so it is hard to communicate with them. It is not in the best area of the city and located next to a busy road. We didn't hear the traffic in our room. The beds were okay. For a simple stopover it is a good hotel.

“A great hotel”
This was a good hotel, with large, clean rooms and a great restaurant. The staff were also pleasant and helpful and allowed me to leave my large suitcase in hotel, while I was on a two day trip to Chapada dos Guimaraes

This is a pretty standard hotel which in real life is not as modern as the photos let on. But we did have a really comfortable and quiet night sleep and the food was surprisingly excellent! We had a burger on room service not expecting much and really enjoyed it. The breakfast is world class. A good stopover for trips to the Pantanal, though cheaper options are available.

“convenient, mostly decent”
This is a convenient place to stay if you're just spending a night while transferring to/from the Pantanal. The staff are friendly and the hotel is quite basic but has all the necessities. Breakfast is available and there was fresh fruit.

“It was the highlight of our trip to the Pantanal”
Breakfast was very varied and always sufficient. Staff very attentive and replenishing every tray of food and drinks. When we mentionned that my wife and I were celebrating our Golden Wedding, we were offered a free dinner and a bottle of champagne! All staff members very friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends who might think of visiting the area and particularly Cuiaba as a stepping stone to the Pntanal.

“Ideal for our overnight stay prior to visiting the Pantanal”
We just had an overnight stay, prior to heading off into the Pantanal. It was ideal for us. The staff were all unfailingly friendly, and we enjoyed a good breakfast before departure. The hotel is centrally located.
