One of the best experiences in all of our South America trip! Wilmer and his staff are not only absolutely supportive and availabe 24/7, but also welcoming and professional. Safe garage, repair shop, laundry, restaurant tips, whatever question you have - they help you with anything. We enjoyed our time there from the first to the last minute. Beautiful room, wonderful garden and a really excellent breakfast (with NO noisy TV set running) :-) Can´t ask for more.

Loved the staff, Wlmer, Ana, Andrés, Melania were just some of the staff but all of them were very friendly, very attentive and very professional. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. Every morning there was a speciality breakfast and jams made in house. The building itself was beautiful and very quiet.

An absolutely beautiful place which was exactly what I was looking for. I had my phone stolen on New Years Eve and Wilmer the manager made extraordinary efforts to help over the next 5 or 6 days when I couldn't access money or do anything at all. He is a real treasure and a man with integrity, grace and humour

What a perfect place to stay in Cuenca, the best place we stayed in our 5 weeks in Ecuador. Wilmer is an utter delight, nothing is too much trouble for him; breakfast was delicious; all the staff incredibly welcoming and friendly; room was beautiful, bed very comfortable; lots of lovely, tranquil spaces to hang out. Everything! The place is stunning and the team behind is excellent. They helped us with everything. Taking parcels, moving the car for us, ordering food… They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The manager look after all the guess and you can feel it ;) Breakfast is delicious!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is located close to the historic centre, the rooms are comfortable and so quiet. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the highly professional and personable staff. Wilmer and Andres took excellent care of us, they helped us organise all that we wanted to do. We loved this stay so much we have booked another 5 days when we return from Vilcabamba. The breakfast each day is amazing!
