“Great location and value for money”
The family who run this property are extremely kind, and go above & beyond to help you. We arrived very early on a night bus and they made us a cup of tea with a balcony view until the room was ready. The location is fantastic, for both exploring Cuenca and in terms of supermarket, as the best supermarket in Cuenca is a block away. The hotel is extremely clean, with the staff at times cleaning the shared bathroom between each use. In terms of money to value ratio it is definitely worth it.

“Perfect 😊”
The property was comfy! it had everything we needed from a comfortable bed, a kitchen, a laundry, and a clean shower. The place was spotless and the family that run this albergue were super kind. They made us tea while we were working, let us store our bags until we were ready to head to the bus station on our last day and helped us wave down a taxi. Would 100% recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Got great recommendations from the hosts on what to explore around the city. They even walked us to the busstop a few blocks away to make sure we got the bus we needed! Appreciated the fact that we could do laundry for free too!

The family/staff at this hostel are welcoming, attentive, and accomodating. They out their guest first in their home. They do not speak English or Spanish, but they are learning and always willing to communicate with a translator app.
