“Historic Gem in the heart of Cuenca”
The apartment was tucked away in an historic area of town with fantastic views across the valley. It was very spacious, well appointed and tranquil. The historic building was sympatheticly restored and retains many original features which we loved. It's location is somewhat secluded and within walking distance of the historic old town as well as the neighbourhood below with many shops, restaurants, bars and points of interest just a short walk away.

Good location wi try him easy walking distance to the centre of the old town and the shops in the new town. Spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great balcony and the view is good.

“We spent 4 days in Cuenca over the new year and loved every minute”
Beautiful building, just loved the stairs sumptuous handrail and the exposed timber post and beam structure and ceiling joists; our room was spacious comfortable and a welcoming warmth ( night time here is very cold) ; lovely view; very close to the no.1 bus to the train station; good location to access the old town, the new town and the beautiful mountain walks.

“I liked the place”
Very good rooms (good sizing), well furnished. A/C in both rooms. Breathtaking view. Very clean. Kitchen is good equipped. Elevator. Location is good (in the old city). Keep in mind, a lot of walking up and downhill. Only new city part is flat.

“Cuenca is a great town and easy to explore on foot, soaking up the atmosphere. 2 nights was fine.”
The old town is built on a hill, and you have to be prepared for a 10 minute walk up the hill to the main plaza - where most of the restaurants and bars are located. The property is very characterful and in a quiet, atmospheric location. The host was very pleasant and helpful.
