Access to the accommodation is via a keypad code sent by the host via SMS. That part was fine — except the code didn’t work properly. We had to ask one of the staff members for help, and even they could only get the door open after several attempts. The accommodation is located above a bakery and café, which starts operating at full steam from 8 a.m., with noise and loud music, so sleeping in is pretty much impossible. That said, rest wasn’t particularly comfortable anyway, as the mattress was too soft and the pillow too hard. Apart from these issues, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and well-equipped.

“Excellent for chilled few days with some hiking, beach and wine drinking!”
We arrived a bit early but could checkin early at no additional cost. The manager was super easy to reach via booking.com phone number. The place is super modern, aircon, shower, bed excellent quality. Great location, 10min. Walk to the beach of Csopak. Would definetly come back/ We will be back!

Everything was perfect, quiet location, there is a bakery downstairs. Everything is clean, there is a small fridge. Comfortable and clean beds, really wonderful for cleaning.

“Taste close to the lake”
Not the first, not the last occasion, we chose Buborék—taste and simplicity, with a beautiful bakery for breakfast and the Lake 300 meters.

Great location, close to the lake, with an amazing bakery and bicycle store in the same building! The owners were very helpful, as they personally drove over and brought us a clothing iron when we asked where we could find one! 100% would visit again.

“High quality for foodies at Lake Balaton”
Perfectly designed and well-equipped. The check-in is flexible and easy, you can achieve the invisible staff whenever you need, but you can also feel at home. I appreciated every little detail in the room, enough plugs, the strong hairdryer, the hangers, the space to pack, the fridge, and the welcome champagne because they realized one of us had a birthday. So I recommend Buborék if you want a minimally designed, high quality, super comfortable stay at Lake Balaton. They also have a bakery and bicycle shop under the rooms. What else do you need?:)
