“Fun, comfortable, quirky getaway in the central Otago winelands.”

This is a real gem of a stay amid the vines on a lake shore. Stunning views, well-designed interiors, really comfortable bed and a warm welcome from Sandy who helped us out with dinner plans and brought us a continental breakfast platter with fresh fruit, orange juice and pastries the following morning. We had the most amazing moon rise and watched the full eclipse from the deck at midnight which made the whole experience even more memorable! Thank you Jackie!

Outstanding service, facility and area. Nothing was a bother. Lovely spa pool looking out towards the lake. Very comfy bed. Being able to choose breakfast time. This experience was so amazing, I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful, unobstructed views of the lake (and stargazing at night). The dome was extremely clean, thoughtfully designed to provide a true luxury experience. The hottub was amazing to relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was customised to preference. Do not hesitate to book, you’ll love it!

Staying in the Pinot glamping tents was an amazing experience. The hosts were so lovely and the dog visits were such a bonus. The hosts were very informative about the location and its surroundings. They were very welcoming and let us know that we could reach out if we had any problems or queries. Great location, very warm dome, spa was great, felt like a true get away and retreat. An unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to others.

“Luxury novelty”

We didn't choose Pinot for the novelty of staying in a dome, but we were surprised at how well appointed and decorated the dome was (and spacious). Our stay in the dome was really comfortable and we were also surprised by the breakfast that Sandy supplied in the morning with fresh baked pastries and fresh fruit. The dome has a beautify view across the vineyard to the lake and mountains beyond. Unfortunately some wild weather ruled out enjoying the hot tub or deck, but we were cosy in the dome looking out.

We had a fantastic few nights staying at Pinot! The view was beautiful and the dome very comfortable. Sandy and Steve were wonderful hosts and brought us delicious breakfasts in the morning - the cheese scones were a highlight. Super relaxing stay!
