“A little cutie”

A cute place to stay, loved it. Would book again. Modern and comfy.

We have previously booked with you and never had issues. During this holiday we had 4 bookings, other 3 all excellent, this the most expensive but unfortunately the very worst. On arrival at 8pm we noticed 4 lights not working ,phoned property manager who came with another person who replaced 3 light bulbs and eventually got the TV to work and also the heat pump. One light fitting was broken as was the shower fitting and a broken dish drawer which the property manager knew about prior to our arrival. In the next few hours we noticed: Dried blood spots on pillowcase Stained pillow case Filthy,smelly dish drawer with staining and food residue,no tablets or powder provided so unusable Dead fly in electric jug Even the hairdryer did not work. We contacted bachcare and sent photos and video to arrange alternative accommodation due to the state of this place, but to no avail. The whole experience was very stressful and ruined our holiday.

Warm and modern facilities. It also had character and was spacious enough for our family.

We loved the Bach feel, Layout, comfy beds and duvets, well stocked kitchen, cosy lounge area, great private courtyard etc.

As it says this place is a cutie Comfortable quiet and just like being at home Everything is there and works well Nice grounds making it semi private Lots of quiet sunny spots to sit and read some of the books supplied

The property was well presented and spacious throughout the living areas.

Notification of change of lockbox code wasn't passed on,the spider in the bathroom and the hot water tap in kitchen wasn't usable

Cottage was very comfortable, tidy, clean, nice furniture and great outdoor patio area. Close to the water and short drive to eateries. Old precinct has cool things to look at, eat at and art studios.
