Location is good. Easy to get the metro into Lille. Room is clean and comfortable, has all that you need including a kettle, Tea, Coffee. Has a fully fitted kitchen downstairs and there is both bath and shower available to use. Host is very friendly :-) I left my sunglasses behind and the host has very kindly offered to post them to me in the UK. All good!!
