“beatiful house in the prime location for hiking,”
great view, cats and dogs around, traisl start straight from the house. Owner lives on the ground floor and is always available (does not speak English). No cars passing by the house, some wildlife around, we saw fox from the window.

The hosts were great. Very friendly and helpful with everything: No stress at all about our check-in and check-out time. They offered to do groceries whenever they went to the city. They helped us starting up the grill. They even made very delicious Kiflice for us! Would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Incredible hospitality by Nataša and Dušan! The house was super clean, warm and cozy and had everything we needed for our comfortable four-day stay. Always warm showers, fast Internet and a smart TV in the spacious living room. We loved the mountain views from the balcony and the peace and quiet because the house is a few hundred metres from the main road. Byt car it's just 15 minutes to the Babin Zub ski area. For a very reasonable price, the hosts offer various home-cooked breakfast and dinner options for each day - the food is really tasty and more than you can eat!

Kuca Balkan is vey comfortable and nice place to stay.Balcony and living room are spacius and cozy.Beds are comfortable.Location is excellent.Ivanka and Dragan are great people and hosts.I highly recommend this house for family vaccation.Tamara

Beautiful and spacious terrace with amazing balcony and views. Very clean and comfortable cottage. Hosts are very kind and helpful. It's close to the ski slopes and hike trails to Midzor and Babin zub. We had an amazing holidays and will definitely come back!
