“Huge disappointment”

Rooms are ok not bad,

The hotel is very beautiful, well located with easy access from the main road, offering a wonderful view of the vineyards and very close to the Cricova Winery. The rooms are elegant, but although they seemed clean, some small improvements are needed: the towels should definitely be replaced as they are old and give an untidy impression; the sink and bidet taps have rust stains and should be changed; the bed linens as well. The staff is responsive, but it is not easy to find someone at the reception desk. Breakfast is included in the price and served à la carte, but with only a few options available. Overall, everything else was fine.

The team was absolutely incompetent. It looks like that was “famose” place in the past, so the staff continue to behave like they are cool providing absolutely nonsense service.

“A fair property in the area but very badly managed.”

Overall, it was very unpleasant. We tried to check in at 14:00 with our 2 small children, but the room was not ready. We went and visited other places, and when we came back to the hotel at 20:00, the room was still not ready. The staff from the reception cleaned it in that moment, but, as you can imagine, everything was a mess...dust everywhere, a wet floor, dirty sheets, and a dirty bathroom. Even if the staff tried to be helpful, the experience was totally unpleasant.

A good spot just 20 minutes from Chișinău, surrounded by stunning views of vineyards that create a serene atmosphere. The staff is very responsive and attentive.

The location was good, close to Cricova Wine Cellars.

The personnel was welcoming and friendly, they checked with us if we would arrive on time to serve diner at the location before the kitchen closed. Rooms where clean and the bathrooms were fully equipped with toiletries. The restaurant had a wide range of foods and the service was good. Is very well positioned, with a nice view of the vineyard and a 25 min walk away from the Underground City.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, quite modern and spacious. Our room and bathroom were decent size and nicely furnished. It's got a private parking in front of the hotel; the distance to Cricova Winery Tourist Centre is 2km.

Wonderful place. The location is great if you plan to visit the Underground Wine cellars. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The free breakfast offered is a la carte and the food was delicious. Would love to stay here again.
