The reception staff who all spoke perfect English and were pleasant and always ready to help. The staff at the reception on Sunday 24th May in particular (a young men whose name I unfortunately could not get) was extremely helpful and he is a good ambassador for the property. Good location The Metro into the city was a few minutes walk away as well as Japanese, Chinese, Indian restaurants, Brasseries, Patisseries and an artisan Boulangerie with some of the best eclairs in Paris! Liedl and Carrfour 10 minutes away and the huge Creteil Mall two metro stops away.

The room was very stinky !!! I was expecting that if I open it for 3 hours the smell will goes away . It was very difficult for me to speak for this reason and I couldn't ask to swap a room as the staff worked only until 19h00pm . The towels were dirty and the bin was empty. The breakfast doesn't match with the price compare to other hotels I am staying for business purpose every month Before allocating a room to your client at least refresh the room ! that's the minimum and control if the rooms are cleaned and not stinky !!! I believe for the price we paid that's a minimum specially if you align yourself as a residential hotel . The Lady I have as a receptionist when I was leaving in the morning was very kind and professional compare to the Guy I dealt with when I came , he appeared snoby or arrogant but that his business as I don't take negative vibe from people , I am just higligthing that as delivering a great customer service is very important not matter what's you are going through during the journey as none force you to do this job as you are reflecting the image of your company !

Everything was perfect. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The staff is polite, the metro station is very close. I highly recommend the place.

Nice accommodation, but the receptionist was the real hero! She was amazing.

I made a reservation at your hotel that included both breakfast and parking. Unfortunately, we did not receive any breakfast during our stay, even though it was clearly included in the booking. In addition, at the end of the day, we were charged extra for parking, 36€ which was unexpected. The amount was €17 including VAT. I kindly request that you look into this matter and refund the amount that was wrongly charged.
