The view and the host

I have stayed in central Paris numerous times and this time I wanted to try staying further away, which turned into a fantastic stay. The apartment is on the top floor of a building that is part of a very interesting complex, known as “Choux” by architect Gérard Grandval. Besides the neighborhood being very pleasant, the house is very good with an incredible view over the neighborhood and in the distance, Paris. After a pleasant 10-minute walk, we reach metro line 8 and in 30 minutes, central Paris - Bastille, La Republique, Concorde. Patrick was always impeccable and with excellent communication. We loved it

“Super place and location”

The location is really good, close to the highway, close to the metro, and all the shops are on a 2m walk, even the owner is really good guy we had a really good laugh with him. We be coming back to this place 👌🏽

No parking spaces Very bad location

The Host was lovely and did accomodate us for a late night check in. He did not charge me anything extra for a late checkout and overall was hands on with our requests responding very quickly to messages. The location of the property is amazing has a cute little lake not far away and the flat was very nice too.

Amazing view. Host representative met us on our late arrival and helped to check in, it was very nice. Easy free parking compared to the rest of Paris. It easy walk to the metro, but takes ~1 hour to reach the center of Paris.

I was here for the architecture, and it didn't disappoint. How great to stay in a residential building that I have looked at in magazines and text books. The host was friendly, informative and helpful, and the interior of the apartment was also very stylish and well equipped. Great stay away from the centre of Paris.

“Very comfortable apartment perfect for a family or with friends”

I loved the fact that there was a bath and two separate rooms for me and my friends. Also from the balcony you could see the Eiffel tower every night light up so even if we didn’t see it in real life we saw it from the apartment. Also has many great facilities in the apartment and that all for a great price. Everything was very accessible like the metro. There was also a small mall next to the apartment with many stores and restaurants where I could even go to the local hair store to get stuff for me and my friends curly hair.

The host is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Apartment super comfortable, modern, clean and in a very good location with private garage. A few steps to the subway and stores. The views from the window are amazing.

The owner is very friendly and attentive. wr had everything we needed. Loved the electric curtains, the room stayed dark and good temperature.

beautiful and clean, close proximity to lots of little shops and a bakery. The host, Patrick also went above and beyond to assist with our stay in France assisting with directions and and even an emergency, getting our passports to the airport after forgetting them in the apartment (facepalm) would recommend any day and every day!!
