“If I didn't have those issues I would have scored higher”
Even though I hired linen, I didn't expect to have to make up the beds The inside of top toilet lid still had urine splash and hair on it I was told there would be 2 toilet rolls. There was only one I also had to unclog vacuum cleaner, which nearly made me sick
