Fantastic location, spacious rooms

“Hidden little gem of a place”

We came to Rothenburg for Christmas markets. We decided to stay a little outside of all the madness and were happy we chose the Craintaler. Very quiet and a lovely drive. The place was spacious, clean, had the floor heating. Awesome big bathroom and a huge shower. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the rustic feel about the place. Free parking on site. The wi-fi worked well. We loved the place and would come back again if the opportunity calls for.

“Spacious and Quiet”

Beautiful and spacious apartment, very quiet and beautiful area. All of the fixtures and fittings were of a good standard and there was plenty of space for a family of 4 to relax. Some of the photographs on booking.com don't do the place justice. It really was beautiful

“Wonderful stay!”

Very nice rebuild of an old barn. It was very spacious, clean and very cosy.

Excellent self-contained apartment built to a high standard

“Loevly property, immaculate inside and in a pretty location.”

Property was on the Romantische Strasse, a pretty road that ran through the village. The house was very comfortably furnished, clean and well equipped and we were very grateful for the wine,beer,milk etc!! Great to have mosquito blinds on the windows so we could get some fresh air at night.

Absolutely beautiful setting beside the river. Lovely gardens and shaded patios with tables and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Large room and comfortable bed. Cold drinks available from the bar downstairs. Plenty of parking available. Good location for visiting Rothenberg.

Excellent service and outstanding apartment! We were welcomed with beverages and also some items in the fridge. Would recommend anyone to stay here!

“Nice and quite appartment, appropriate for families...”

Nice place and very quite. The appartment is spacious and all in a very good situation. Also the appartment was fully equiped with everything, especially the kithchen, which is also a modern one

Breakfast was good, with several hams, jellies and fruits. Bread, coffee and tea. Although check in was not possible, they managed to get our room.

Nice location, 2 beautiful villages in the vicinity (Creglingen and Munster), and also not too far away from Rothenburg. The hosts were lovely and gave us helpful restaurant tips, the parking was spacious and the room was comfy, clean, very cozy and quiet.
