Kind owner, lots of superfriendly dogs. Bed was nice, shower was nice, kitchen was well equipped. Bonus point there's a beautiful mural on the side of the hostel.

“Brilliant, take the temazcal!”

The staff are excellent. Brilliant communication over the app. Lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Actually took me into (and back from) town when it was late to grab a pizza! Really friendly and invited me to take a temazcal which was incredible. Lovely building with a beautiful mural. The room was cosy and the beds huge. The ‘bunk bed’ is actually a bed on a mezzanine level but the ladder is easy to climb and doesn’t feel like you’ll fall (like regular bunk beds!) extra blankets because it does get cold. Kitchen is well equipped either lots of different teas and coffee. The dogs there are beautiful, rescued street dogs so often accompanied us into town. They wanted some love and pets! One would greet us at our door every morning 🧡

The room was warm and has extra blankets if needed. Diego (the host) is great. He picked me up from town when I arrived, and dropped me off when I left. There’s a communal kitchen, but I only used the fridge and the water.

Diego the manager was unbelievably helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Very nice place, all necessary installations in the room, hot water, heating, also there's a kitchen at the hotel where one can cook and have tea. The host helped us to get from the train and also to the bus station. The place is a 15-20 minutes walk from the center.

We loved our stay here. Diego was a fantastic host, so welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms are really comfortable with a good shower and the kitchen is well-equipped. Excellent value for money and a great base to explore Creel and the surrounding area. We would have liked to stay longer.

Everything! The hotel was clean, comfortable and atmospheric. The guy who ran the place was exceptional. We got picked up and taken to the bus station, he dropped us off on town for dinner.

“Warm comfortable room”

Very comfortable clean, warm room with fantastic shower. The hoast Diago couldn't have been nicer. Recommended us a wonderful sunrise walk, has a large selection of films which was great for the quite winter evenings.

The host is super friendly and helpful to arrange my exploring of the area, and I can rent the bike to the Valle de Monjes and the lake, and his dog escort me all the way, which is nice. which is a great trail. The room is clean, the kitchen is well equipped Though it is 10 minutes walk to centre, well, I like it be more quiet here.

Host extremely helpful. Always offered to take us in car into town if needed, but really it's only 10 to 15 minute walk. Took me to some cheap clothes shops as needed more warm clothes. Room cleaned daily. Kitchen very well stocked with cutlery pans etc. Was very cold so owner gave us electric heater for room but also was ample blankets.
