“Clean nice apartment polite helpful owners”

Lovely modern apartment with lots of toys for the kids and tv. We stayed during a heatwave and the fans were great in every room. Only downside is the 2 flights of windy stairs up to the property.

I would not recommend this property, especially for families with young children or anyone with mobility issues. The flat is on the second floor, and the corridor leading to it was dirty, with bins placed right by the entrance door. The children’s bedroom appears to be a loft conversion with steep, potentially dangerous stairs. There are also low wooden beams in several areas, making it very easy to hit your head. Overall, the layout felt unsafe and impractical for our three children under 10. It was not possible to lock the toilet door from the inside, which meant there was no privacy and constant worry that someone could walk in. The most serious issue was being left without hot water for a full day during sub-zero temperatures. In freezing conditions, this significantly affected our family’s comfort and wellbeing. The property was also very dusty and not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The host took no responsibility, blamed us for the issues, and offered no compensation. We had to contact Booking.com customer service to escalate the matter. Overall, a very stressful and disappointing experience

Location and apartment were perfect Easy train access from Paris and a bus ride to Disneyland. More than I expected. Apartment was beautiful and the village at Crecy La Chapelle has everything you need and an amazing Pizza restaurant.

As the name suggests a lovely cosy property in the beautiful Crécy-la-Chapelle. We hired a car and it was easy to drive to Paris in under an hour and Disney in 15minutes via the local boulangerie for incredible picnic supplies! Comfortable beds and good facilities throughout we would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

Recently renovated, well equipped for short/mid term stay and designed for families. Good location - Bus stop for direct commute to Disneyland just 7min walking, the ride takes 20min, dropping you off at the Disney doors. Groceries and multiple bakeries very close by. Hosts very accommodating.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, modern and well-furnished. We appreciated the small touches like the coffee pods and toys for our toddler to play with. The location was great - two minute walk to a boulangerie and a 15 minute easy drive to Disney. We parked on the street for free without any problems.

The location was magic: A village full of character, peacefull surroundings, friendly locals and beautiful streets and lanes. The flat was very clean, comfortable and with sufficient space for a family of four. My sons appreciated that there were toys to play with and hug. We were very satisfied with the accomodation and how quickly the hosts responded to our messages. We liked the welcome booklet emailed to us prior to our arrival which was very thoughtful indeed.

We have traveled all over the world and never have I met such incredible hosts! They were always available via messenger and always checked in with us throughout our stay. House was super comfy and clean! My children loved the play area and didn't want to leave their loft. The child loft is awesome and I even used it as a reading nook. We loved the place and the village was incredible!

A beautiful apartment in a lovely little area - the commute to Disneyland and also to Paris was easy! The hosts were very kind and even messaged to check we were OK and settled in well on the second night! =)
