The rooms are spotlessly clean, very warm and cozy. Great view from the window of the mountains. Comfortable beds, pleasant to sleep in. The service at the restaurant was very pleasant. They even fed me after the restaurant closed. All the guests behaved very relaxed. As if they had lived there for a long time. It was hot in the room in February, I had to close the heating radiator and opened the door of balcony

This was our second year coming here. The hotel is generally very cozy, feeling which you also get when interacting with the staff. Everyone was so friendly with us and especially with our 4 year old. The view was absolutely amazing, especially because the weather was very varied during our stay, from snowstorm to sunny. The restaurant is in my opinion an absolute gem, the food was every day surpassing my expectations

We are comming to the hotel not a first time- in fact we always choose this hotel if we are in Crans Montana. As always the place gives you feeling of serenity, calm and good sleep🙂 people are very nice that works at the property and it’s super dog friendly!

“Delightful, small hotel with exceptional staff”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel. The staff are exceptional- friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food in the restaurant is extremely good. We rarely eat in hotel restaurants, but after a late arrival we ate there on our first night, and it was so good, we ate there another night. The view from our room across the valley was stunning. As was the view from the dining room. The hotel is a little out of town, but there is a free bus service, with the stop only 200m from the hotel.

“A very warm and welcoming hotel.”

We liked the position as it was very close (4 min walk) to the cable car to go and see the glacier. The hotel offered a free shuttle too to the Omega European Masters. It is a very comfortable, homely hotel, we really did enjoy our stay here. The staff were SO friendly, especially the two ladies in the restaurant who welcomed us every morning with the biggest smiles. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Beautiful room, it had everything you need and the location was very picturesque

The room was big enough for the three of us, clean, the bathroom was comfortable the pressure and temperature of the water were good. The breakfast was excellent (they baked high-quality bread, an prepared jar yogurt with real rasperry jelly, among many other things) and the staff were very nice.
