Amazing location, staff very friendly, the rooms were ok. Despite there’s no free cancellation we were able to come to an agreement when we had to cancel one room.

The whole hotel was spotless.The bedroom/bathroom was extremely spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection especially local cheese and bread. The staff and chef were friendly and efficient. It was lovely having bathrobes and slippers in the room. Large balcony with exceptional views. The location was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

“Hilltop hotel near center in Crans with need of a face lift.”
Location and south view is nice. Breakfast was totally ok though nothing fancy with very friendly staff. Room was large with balcony. Bathroom was renovated and had all the basic products needed as well as nice towels and robes. Bed was comfortable as was pillows and duvet. Staff very friendly.

Unfortunately only the view and even that was ruined by the lack of attention, care, maintenance of this place. This place has everything to excel but from minute 1, the experience was really poor.

Property is in great location. It is a landmark location in the center of montana with a unique, unbeatable view. Staff is great and very nice.
