The room was really nice, with fan and ac if needed. The big plus is the commom garden in front of the rooms which was really cozy. The owner was really friendly and gave us good recommendations.

Nice room with a cozy garden. They have turtles that come out when it rains. Shared outdoor kitchen which is very convenient. Big bed, clean room and ok shower.

Nice room with lovely outdoor area where we hung out every night. Quiet neighbourhood, here you will just be amongst the locals. You also have a fridge in your room.

“Comfortable stay in an affordable property”

The rooms were well equipped, including hot shower, air con, fridge and spacious bed with good quality linen. the outdoor area is really well thought out and the kitchen well equipped. Nice touches like the extra bug spray in the outdoor basket. The cleaner was also lovely, very thorough and fast.

Really nice room with fridge and good AC. The common area and kitchen outside were very nice and great place to chill out and chat to other travelers. Great value for money too.

Patrick was very friendly and nice. The outside spaces were pleasant, and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. The cleaning staff was very good and super friendly. Rooms were basic and fine. There are some great local eateries in the neighbourhood. Value for money is good.

The property is an a location close to a lot of very good local eateries. That's a bonus. It's a safe neighbourhood but most amenities are a bit far away. It's a functional spot and very fair for the price. The owner was kind and the cleaning staff excellent.

Patrick is a super nice host.Very helpful and available for all questions! There is a very nice inner garden, with a lot of plants and there were even some turtles-pleasant surprise

“Nice place but not wildly excited”

The room was nice and it's good to have a fridge in the room? The owner was helpful and the terras and the kitchen are nice 🤗 Overall we had a good stay!

Kitchen is great - including grill if you like to get some fish. Microwave, sink, stove, coffee machine, toaster included as well. Room - nice room with a good bed and television. The only thing missing might be a little wardrobe to store some clothes. Location - a little far off from the touristic hotspots. So its quiet, but also a 15 to 20 min walk to the main bay. Unfortunately our helmets were stolen from the scooter (on the street), but the host allowed us to put the scooter inside, so it was safe.

This beautiful and clean location had the biggest beds ever! Netflix, hot shower, air conditioning, and a well-maintained shared kitchen with everything we need for a comfotable stay. It is close to the cheaper part of town where locals hang out and eat and shop, which is perfect for longer term travellers looking to stay away from the touristic areas and prices. Yes, we even extended our stay by another 5 days with Patrick, the hotel manager, through Whatsapp.

“Lovely place, great staff, and comfy room”

We had a lovely room with a massive double bed, own fridge and clean bathroom. The owner was really nice and was happy to help us with any questions, and the other staff were lovely too. Good location, only a 20 min walk to the ferry. And good communal kitchen facilities.

I liked it was in a local neighbourhood where we felt that we were in mexico , not in USA . Very close street of tacos place . All good !

Location. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the ferry terminal. But for the price, totally acceptable.

very very quiet and peaceful. loved the outside patios and the free bananas to eat from tree. Also the little tortoises roaming about. good security. wifi was fast . nice hot water and clean .
