“Welcome home! Best stay in Mexico ever!”

We stayed at Hacienda Boutique for 5 nights and we loved every second of it. Everything about it is just perfect. Patricia welcomed us saying "Welcome home!" and it felt like home. The rooms are big, equipped with everything. The hotel is very peaceful, quiet and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and they made everything to make our stay unforgettable there. Breakfast menu is varied with traditional Mexican dishes which was great. We met very lovely people during our stay at the hotel. And the most important thing about the hotel is Maria the cat. She is super cuddly, gives occasional purrs while sitting on our laps. We were actually sad to leave this place, every little detail and everyone at the hotel made our stay unforgettable and best one in Mexico. Thank you for having us and hope to come back again!

“Lovely B & B”

Lovely B & B with a great breakfast. The rooms are located in a gorgeous house and all the rooms are different. The breakfast is served by the pool and the menu choice is good and includes lots of Mexican choices. There is a supermarket located near the property which is great is you wish to use the kitchen facilities. It was good to have the use of a fridge, ice and drinking water. The pool area is lovely, palm trees for shade and a jacuzzi which you can use from 5pm - 10pm. Would I stay again, yes.

“The perfect tranquil stay”

Beautifully decorated, quirky, serene, tranquil and a complete little gem! The staff were all so welcoming and attentive but the star of the show was the sweet calico cat Maria. She adds so much comfort and peace. I have recommended this place to my friends and will be returning on our next diving trip to Cozumel.

The staff was lovely, and went out of their way to meet our needs. The decor and landscaping around the pool was incredible and gave a really comfortable, local feel.

This is a gem in the middle of the concrete jungle. This hacienda is absolutely beautiful, I could stay for days just in the courtyard. The hosts arr very nice. Delicious breakfast. And I fell in love with the little cuddly kitty Maria. The location is not the best in Cozumel but there is a taxi station around the corner and with a car or a scooter it doesn’t matter.

We absolutely loved this place! The location in Cozumel, the peaceful atmosphere, and the warm hospitality all made for a truly special stay. It's the perfect retreat for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. The pool was a great highlight—clean, inviting, and ideal for a refreshing dip at any time of day. We also really appreciated the outdoor kitchen area, which gave us the freedom to prepare snacks or mix up our own cocktails while enjoying the tropical surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe is calm and welcoming. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely return to this lovely spot in Cozumel. It was a memorable experience that combined comfort, charm, and the laid-back spirit of the island.

“Short but sweet, pleasantly brief stay...”

My friends and I loved this property. The owners, Patricia & Cesar, are very welcoming, and all the ladies from the staff are also very friendly, kind, and prompt to help you with anything you might need. Maria the cat is lovely and also super friendly! I stayed in the Angel room, which I really, really loved, as I am a big fan of Angels. There is a lovely mural beside the bed, the balcony has a hammock swing that was perfect for watching the stars at night, the shower has a huge bathtub with blue tiles and a beautiful angel wings shower curtain, the room key holder is a Frida Kahlo's heart. The hacienda has a lot of character, and every corner of the house has beautiful Mexican art and decorations. You can sit outside and enjoy a big garden full of trees and flowers, there are many outdoor chairs to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Every morning, you have the chance to enjoy a delicious Mexican breakfast. I loved the chilaquiles! There's also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen where we made some quesadillas :) There's a Bodega Aurrera supermarket around the corner where you can get groceries or anything you need. Patricia mentioned that it took her 5 years to accomplish her vision of having a B&B like that. You can tell that lots of love and dedication were poured into this property to make it a beautiful hacienda.

“Cozy Hotel in Cozumel”

The hotel is beautiful, and I loved the decor. Check-in and check-out were super easy and quick, and the directions to get there were very clear. The location is great, just 10 minutes from downtown Cozumel and about 10 minutes from the airport by car. Right next to the hotel, there’s a supermarket and a taxi stand, which was super convenient. The owner is kind and friendly. When an issue came up, he resolved it quickly and always replied to our messages right away. What we enjoyed the most was the pool with the jacuzzi. It was perfect for relaxing, and we loved soaking up the sun. The hotel includes breakfast, and there are several options like eggs, coffee, and fruit with yogurt. My favorite was the fruit with yogurt. There’s also a super friendly cat that lives at the hotel. She’s definitely the soul of the place! I stayed here with my wife, and we had a great time. We totally recommend this hotel in Cozumel.
