“Stunning hotel with great beach & snorkeling - food very average”
Great hotel to stay at but don't expect good food apart from the omelets and the coffee shop serving nice Cappuccinos. Beautiful rooms, great access to the beach, fantastic snorkeling, stunning scenery, nice spa. The plancha guy at the breakfast served good omelets.

“A mediocre hotel in one of the most beautiful areas of Cozumel”
Amazing location! Right in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Cozumel (a bit rocky if that may upset you) with a small reef that will satisfy your snorkeling needs right away. It's also 20 min away from the ferry dock and near other beach clubs if needed. Checkin was extremely fast and the front desk staff was kind and gracious and at the beach Hiram (I think that's his name) was really kind. Also kudos to the pool bartender (Cristian). He was patient with other guests that were clearly drunk while also being professional and helpful with us. His signature drink was amazing!

“never again!”
food was absolutely horrendous. room was dirty and moulded. service is utter trash, everything takes 2 hours to be delivered to the room. pool was never cleaned.
